Studio Lune and T-Rex announced the sequel to "Jutaijima / Island fertilization ~Why do I have to bear your child?~", which was released in 2014 by the eponymous visual novel. 

Lots of sexy girls and just one unattractive guy Kimo was on a desert island, which was isolated from the outside world. Here girls are infected with an unusual mysterious virus which causes "sexual fever". If a girl does not receive a portion of sperm in the body, she dies. So our hero becomes incredibly popular with the girls, because at stake is their lives...
