Anoko to Iikoto

A well known girl in school overhears a man referring to how her boobs are weird. She decides to confront him relating to this and eventually ends up giving him a boob job to improve his mind. He changes his mind. Meanwhile, Episode 2 takes us to a lovely household with two siblings doing whatever two siblings do, like losing their v-cards to one another. Or perhaps that's just them.
